Strenght and endurance training in the gym for MMA
i will start my MMA training exactly 1 month from now,i want some power to start with.I am thinking of hitting the gym.
what program will aid me with MMA(judo sambo and kick-boxing) training? i have done 2 weeks of 3x10 every other day.I want endurance and power,something that will help my fists and feet do massive damage and be able to stand in the ring for much time.should i do 5x5 with 2 minutes of rest? or should i do 3-4 sets of 30-40 reps?
