IMO, the only way Nick loses if it's stopped due to a cut, again. Other than that, I really don't see Noons putting Diaz away early (that's his only chance, imo), and anyone in a 5-round fight with Diaz drops their chances of winning exponentially as the later rounds come.
Contrary to what a lot of people are predicting, I don't believe that Diaz will attempt any take downs in this rematch.
Although, it would be a smarter gameplan to take Noons down, Diaz has too much pride and confidence and intends to stand and trade leather.
Either way, Nick's cardio is pretty much unmatched, so I predict that Noons will fade away late in the 2nd round (punching himself out) and Diaz will be pounding him against the fence to a ref stoppage.
