He hasn't lost in four years.. he does need a step up in competition but dude is smashing everybody that any promotion puts in front of him... right now he looks in his prime... I'd bet all my credits that he'd rip Jorge Santiagos head off whom of which I questioned when I named Lombard..

Ticked most of who i would pick there Syko, i'd add Werdum and i would love to see some K-1 guys like Pete Aerts and Scemmy schilt, maybe badir hari etc.
Would love to see a Clash of the titans, maybe Overeem vs Brock, I wonder who would be stronger! or maybe throw in Marious pudzinowski vs Hong man choi lol and james tony could ref it, wouldnt be a sideshow at all! haha.

it would be difficult for me to pick the top 5 outside of the UFC because there are many good fighters not in the UFC, however I do agree Lombard does need a step up in competition, and he is up towards the top for middleweights not in the UFC.

Who has Paul Daley beat to be top 5? I mean you can't compare him to GSP, KOS, Fitch, Shields, Diaz. Even though he beat Kampmann right now I would even rate him above Daley. Daley would top 10 right now but at the end not top 5.

The UFC highley promoted him.

That promotion can really rub off on fans sometimes.

Look at Dan Henderson... he was #2 middleweight in the world.

1 loss to an extremley dangerous and skilled fighter in another organization and absolutley no promotion and he's fallen off of almost everybodys top 10 MW list even though he holds victories over Okami, Belfort, Bisbing, and Palhares, all of which are in the top 10.
