You did go for TDs, which Feijao stuffed easily and made you pay with knees, punches and hammerfists.
You wont be near the top of the food chain for much longer, you arent that young, your standup hasnt improved and your TDs are telegraphed from 10 miles away, its just Gegard Mousassi is that bad a wrestler and a true MW, he couldnt stop them.
Anyways, he seems a bit more humbled but he is still a cocky fool to me. He talks and critiques every fighter like he is on some higher level. Lets see if that stops now.
He isnt top 10 LHW and neither is Gegard.

He is definitely got one of the best background in wrestling, how his wrestling transitioned to MMA may not be the best in the game, but he is definitely got wrestling for days.
He told us that the reason he critiques the fights so closely is because he is a fight fan and he enjoys watching and breaking down fights.
I checked it out. He doesnt sound bummed out at all, which is a good thing I guess.
Yeah, he sounded like he wasn't worried about bouncing back from the loss which is a good mindset to have. I guess we'll see when he steps back into the cage.

Well he may not be the best MMA wrestler yet, but his pure wrestling creds are the best in all of MMA; he was considered the best freestyle wrestler in the US in 2008, and was a favorite for the Olympics gold until he got upset. And this is freestyle wrestling, which is far more competitive than Greco, so he even trumps the likes of Lindland's olympic silver. Really, the only other wrestler with nearly as good wrestling creds in MMA is Ben Askren. Even the likes of Lesnar, Carwin, Couture, Sonnen etc. don't come close.
I agree that he hasn't been that impressive yet and I think he needs to work on setting up his TDs with more striking, but it's not like he's completely talking out of his ass.
