Least powerful striker in MMA

There has been a lot of discussion on this thread about fighters with huge power in their hands, relatively speaking. But who are some fighters in MMA with little to no power in their hands? Even if they are technically sound?

Discuss.

Forrest Griffin is the guy who first comes to mind. Has solid skills, but lacks power. In 17 wins, only 3 by (T)KO, and the last one was 5 years ago.

Forrest comes to mind and also Nate Diaz....Nate will just wear your ass down with shots that are dead on and Forrest has never been known for his KO power

Another person I was thinking of was Tito. He has landed some flush shots on people before that don't even seem to phase anyone..

I would have also put Hughes in this category prior to him rocking Almeida.

TO be fair, his 1 KO win was by flying knee. Anyone can knock anyone out with a flying knee.. I do think Delgado is still up on the list.. But Aoki is definitely towards the top.

I think the best candidates for this title, are BJJ specialists.
With little exceptions, all of them have big problems when it comes to striking.
For me, the clear winner is Dustin Hazelett.

Honorable mentions: Thales Leites or Renzo Gracie.
