Strikeforce events
Why is Strikeforce so sporadic with its events? Surely a company of this size with a big roster is able to have at least 1 show a month with the next event announced before the current one starts?
It doesnt seem to have any direction, with matches being announced on the fly. Just abit dissapointed i guess cos i really wanna support Strikeforce |
Well even though they don't annouce their events, I've heard that they are already getting their fighters ready to fight before they announce the fights. Though I do admit I wish they would announce their events earlier. Like right now they have a major event and two ShoMMA events, so I'd call that ahead of time. Though they really could use another event or more planned ahead of those!:(

Because that costs money.. and right now they are trying to put together the best fight cards that they can... It took the UFC alot of years to be able put on a show sometimes 2 a month.. Give them some time.. I really hate the comparisons between the two... |
Yeah, they are two completely different organizations. Right now they are just trying to get established which will not happen too much until they can establish some superstars and get another fight on CBS. Once they can do that on a regular basis they will be good!

Yeah, there have been no reported financial troubles from them like ProElite and FEG are having. Granted they don't make the smartest business or match making moves but as far as anyone knows they are financially secure. In fact, they might've benefited more from their alliances with EliteXC, Affliction, M-1 Global and DREAM then those promotions have (obviously they outlived the former two)!:)

We'll just have to give them time and wait, like Rival said, UFC was like that when they signed as well.

The UFC was like that when they signed what?
