Hey Guys

I am new here!

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on the BEST diet & workout routine for me!

About ME:

I am 16 years old and have recently realised i want to be a pro mma fighter.
I used to do karate and won to medals from competing in competitions.
I am good friends with a light heavy weight mma fighter called Kyle Richards who has been accepted onto The Ultimate Fighter for next year.

WHY I THINK I WILL BE A GOOD MMA FIGHTER:

I am Very Flexible!
I can switch my stance from left to right very easily.
I have recently discovered my left hand is just as good if not better at throwing punches then my right.
I am very fast.
I am also very stubborn and you would have to cause me amazing amounts of pain to get me to tap and being as flexible as i am that will be hard!

I am going to join a gym called Urban Kings where i will be learning:
Boxing, Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jujitsu & Wrestling
I will also be learning taekwondo.

so i will be a good all round fighter who can stand up and punch and kick aswell as dominate on the ground.

So if anyone can give me some advice!
and a good diet and workout plan it would be much appreciated

Thanks alot

Sam

Paleo!

A lot of you might disagree, but look up the Paleo diet. Basically a cavemnan diet. I am a fighter, and i started eatign only veggies (tons) and animals. Lots of protein, lots of fat. NO carbs, apart from veggies, and oncein a while, if i feel like my body is really emnpty, a cup of frozen berries... I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER. energy, recovery, endurance, you name it!
