School Marketing plan: MMA Gym
 

So I am making a marketing plan for a business, a MMA training facility/gym. Im going to have professional instructors teaching courses such as Brazilian JJ, Muya Thai and boxing. I was wondering,
what are the prices nowadays for training. I am going to have per session fees along with long term fees. But how much should I charge? Should I make it so I focus on volume of sales or higher prices with fewer customers?

I need to have 3 goals wit 3 strategies for achieving those goals. I have some already but it would be good if I can get some ideas.

have $10 a class and $70 - $100 a month.. anything more is really too much.. also it depends what city you are in , how big your place is, what trainers you have... id also recomend for the grand opening you have a free training session with a popular ufc fighter and market the hell out of the grand opening
