Roger Bowling vs. Bobby Voelker - Round 1 - Bowling throwing hard punches, both men have already landed right hands. Bowling looking for the takedown, he's got it but Voelker is almost able to stand up. Now Bowling with another takedown and Voelker tries to lock in a guillotine.Bowling moves him into the fence but Voelker stands up. Left hand by Bowling and a kick to the body. Nice right hand now. Head kick lands by Bowling and he shoots for the takedown again. After some punches from Bowling, Voelker finally lands a hard punch. Bowling puts Voelker's back into the cage again and unloads. They finish the round with some clinchwork. 10-9 Bowling.
Round 2 - Through the first 90 seconds of the round Voelker is doing well to avoid the takedown and is having more success standing. Now Voelker landing punches after a failed takedown attempt. They're back to standing and Bowling is hurt. Voelker lands some very hard punches and Bowling is almost out but he manages to shoot and ends up pulling guard. Bowling looking for an armbar but can't get it and eats some punches for his trouble. Bowling tries again for the armbar and now Voelker is landing big punches. The punches aren't stopping and the referee jumps in. Bobby Voelker wins by TKO (punches), round 2. Impressive comeback by Voelker.
