i cant belive pride a place were great fighters in every weight have signed this dud for pride 33.in fairness to pride his last fights have all been won and looks like good record until u look and see the guy 3 of them there first mmA FIGHTs.although he did beat kimo ha ha .pleas give hime alexander emilenko

You shouldn't be surprised that PRIDE has signed a fighter of Sims caliber. I mean they've had much worse fight for them. Guys like Dos Caras Jr., Giant Silva, "Sentoryu", Joe Son, etc.

Is Sims official for PRIDE 33 yet? I've only seen his name in the MMAWeekly.com rumors section.

I hope it's not true, but I wouldn't be surprised. He also has the Hammer House ties with Randleman, Coleman, and Baroni(not sure of his current HH status). PRIDE likes to bring in fighters that are team members of fighters they already have under contract.

Yes I forgot to add O'Haire and Zuluzinho. There are many others I could add too. PRIDE has alot of great fighters, but they are also known for adding fighters that have no business in the PRIDE ring. They are just there to sell tickets.
