In my opinion Fedor in his prime could beat the Cain of today. Today I think Cain is probably be the more powerful fighter and he doesn't have bad technique either. I'd still put my money on Fedor though since... gut feeling. Whenever I thought Fedor would be at a disadvantage in a certain area he would just go in there and beat them at their own game (minus Werdum). Still I think it's very possible that Cain beats Fedor, just not as likely as Fedor beating Cain.

...At this point who knows. Cain is certainly peaking and the fight I've waited 2 years for will happen when he faces Junior Dos Santos. Cain & JDS will be absolutely mindblowing. Technically, Cain is the better, more well rounded fighter. JDS has vicious boxing as well and a chin to boot. He will be a big challenge for Cain. As far as Fedor, it's funny. When Brock was champ it was all about Lensar & Fedor. Now Cain is champ and Fedor is thrown at him. We have to see how Fedor performs in 2011. I'm pretty sure Cain will get past JDS and when he does, I believe it's all downhill from there. He will go on an Anderson Silva type of title defense run...

I'd still side with Fedor, at least for another 2-3 years. Then I shift it toward Cain.
