His camp deciding that a fight with Cyborg makes more sense is just hilarious. They're clearly putting together fights they believe Nicky can win, to boost his record. Would be even funnier if it backfired and Cyborg knocked him out.
daley said he won't fight that early and woodly already has a fight. don't know anything about saffiedine. i don't even know who he is to be honest.

I'm sure if Semtex was offered the title fight he'd take it. Woodley's fighting Saffiedine, but both those guys are more deserving of a title shot than Cyborg, so they could easily have done a little shake up and had Woodley take on Diaz, with Cyborg fighting Saffiedine.

All Strikeforce lack is match making structure and consistent DEEP divisions, I would say that the HW division is awesome, but they don't get the fights we all want to see made, piss poor management. How Overeem wasn't stripped of his belt is quite frankly one of the biggest jokes in MMA, even more amateurish than Toney fighting in MMA imo.

Once they put in place a structure that gives THEM the control over match making and when their fighters do their job they won't be going very far.

He is the guy who will hand Woodley his first loss. Probably the best prospect Strikeforce has a very good striker with capable grappling. I don't really understand why strikeforce thinks it is a good idea to have their best prospects knocking each other off when they have no divisional depth. I'm sure Nick will be ducking him soon as well.

What are they going to strip him of the belt for not offering him fights? If he doesn't have the champions clause they probably lose him to the ufc also.

what I want to see, is Diaz get fed up with Strikeforce match making, and both him and Miller jump to the UFC and their first fight is vs each other. You KNOW Dana will set that fight up if he has the slightest chance.

Yeah, the question is will Diaz want to put up with Strikeforce in exchange for his free agency or will he decide to sacrifice that for the UFC?
