It looks like this is mostly a heavyweight list, so I'll stick to that. Keep in mind, these are guys who I think are the best heavyweights, not necessarily my favorites. That list is a little bit different.
1. Fedor Emelianenko
2. Mirko Filipovic
3. Josh Barnett
4. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
5. Mark Hunt
6. Aleksander Emelianenko
7. Sergei Kharitonov
8. Semmy Schilt
9. Tim Sylvia
10. Andrei Arlovski
Yes, I put Sylvia and Arlovski 9 and 10. The fact that they are the best heavyweight in the UFC really has no bearing on this ranking because, honestly, I think Aleks, Kharitonov and Schilt would kick their asses.

Really? this is probably the worst list i have ever seen. rickson is the best in the world? mohamad ali has parkinsons and hasnt seen a ring in 40+ years. matt hughes is on there but GSP isn't? cro cop is the only heavyweight on your list. where is fedor?

Hey, c'mon, c'mon. He's allowed to have an opinion. Using your imagination is good too. So, if he wants to imagine Muhammed Ali as an MMA fighter, he can darn well do that.
One thing I do question is Rickson as a top MMA fighter. I respect Rickson, definitely. But, he didn't do an aweful lot in MMA. And, he didn't really fight any top contenders either. But, if you like him, that's cool.
