Liddell vs Rampage

I finally watched the fight where Rampage beat Chuck. It was really gruesome. Did anyone ever hear an injury report for Chuck after that fight? He had to have some broken bones.

Thanks,

Chris

it was a pretty nasty beating. Chuck looked like a deer in the headlights at the end of that fight.

Chuck seemed to be out of options once Rampage was able to eat some of those punches & get to him.
Also Rampage had a lot more in his arsenal that night. He was throwing knees, punches , going for the takedown, going for the slams & all chuck could do was try to fend him off with punches............

Rampage's ability to close the distance with his strikes, his clinch work and the ability to slam with overwhelming power are all reasons why he has a good matchup against Chuck...

hopefully we see a rematch by the end of the year because a win for Chuck would move him into #1 overall in the LHW division...

Rampage is too much for Chuck to handle. If he gets the matches under his belt he wants... he will be prime for Liddell when they meet up.

My 12 fighter army is as follows:

Dan Henderson
Mac Danzig
Mirko "the man" Filipovic
Anderson Silva
Fedor and Aleks
Mark Hunt
BJ Penn
Q. Rampage Jackson
Karo Parisyan
John Fitch
Frank Shamrock

I'm a Chuck fan but he really got beat on that night. I couldn't believe how hard those punches were hitting his ribs. You know some of those had to be broken afterward.

chuck has gotten better since that fight, but if he wants to win the rematch he's gonna have to be on his game that night. rampage is really agressive and if he gets in some hard punches, he just keep coming. this would be an amazing fight. a very close one to call.
