Got to love the Reem, he is in such a position right now that the could trash a lot of other fighters, but he remains respectful of both his opponents and fighters within other organisations, then I guess why would he need to talk trash when he can prove his point inside the cage.

Kind've reminds me of Fedor as well. They both respect each other and don't trash other people. Of course they come off as arrogant unfortunately!

See to me nether Fedor or Overeem come off as arrogant, but GSP does why? because Fedor and Overeem just say what they have to say and then leave it at that, where as GSP will say what he has to say then point out the fact "look I did not trash talk about him, because I don't trash talk people" and the fact he feels the need to point this out all the time is arrogant.

And I have seen GSP make fun and jokes of serious allegations made against him which again I find arrogant, you don't see the Reem making jokes and fun about the serious allegations made against him because the guy has class. I mean seriously GSP made Penn come out looking like the arrogant one, but I believe Penn has more class in his little finger than GSP who to me just comes across as a a spoilt little arrogant prick, he could talk about how he believes he is the best fighter in the world without been arrogant if he wanted but he is so arrogant he even fcuks the stretch way he has at been that good up and still manages to be arrogant.

That was a great interview from the Chost. He covered a lot of good topics. It did not seem like Overeem is interested in joining the UFC. He did whiff on the question a bit, but it looks like the UFC locking him down to their promotion only is what's holding this back. I don't think they would have a problem with him keeping busy; there are plenty of fights for him there. Man, I would love to see him fight Lesnar/Cain/Carwin/Dos Santos!

I agree with the part about Overeem/Fedor.... I have no clue why people find them arrogant. They have to be the classiest, humble, down to earth guys in MMA.

It's funny, people read into things thinking being humble = cocky....

Dos Santos vs. Overeem would be an absolute war that would probably be decided by the vicious kicks of overeem...but nonethless, it would be INSANE.

Yeah, Dos Santos versus Overeem would be a slugfest. However, I would say the ground advantage would go to Dos Santos. That is if it even goes to the ground before someone gets knocked out!
