I think Zuffa should be happy with this, their first outing with SF. Very good event filled with exciting fights and finishes. Did you notice anything different that you liked about the show? Camera work, ring entrances, music, video packages, and the like? Did it seem more UFC like in its presentation, or is it still very much a work in progress?

Anything you didn't like and would want to see changed? The horrid announce team aside. I'm not sure I want to see them bring in Joe and Goldy, but I'm certain Zuffa can find a better combo of announcers. I'd like to see Zuffa dig deep and acquire the services of one Bas Rutten.

Get rid of Goldberg, replace with Bas. I think Rogan would stop saying stupid crap if he was paired up with Bas.

I was livid at the short show. 1.5 hr show for a PPV? crap.

Plus, the Replay system was kind of off. I didn't realize the upkick against Jardine was legit until the end of the fight because they never showed a replay until it was all over.

Great fights, good presentation, nice flow. The announcers were annoying but think that was mainly Mauro(sp). He stinks enough to saturate the others unfortunately

Why should zuffa be happy or care if strikeforce succeeds when they only bought it to liquidate it once the deal with showtime expires?

As far as spotting any changes, its already been stated numerous times that showtime handle the production not sf/coker or the entertainment company that was the majority share holder in the organisation.The only glaring difference was the stock footage of jardine/houston which was obviously from the ufc library.Other than that it was like any other strikeforce show

Video packages were good. Frank did not seem to promote himself as much which is always a good thing. Still not a fan of the broadcast team.

I'd rather have Jon Anik, Pat Miletich, and Bas Rutten call the fights. That's a team right there. Although Gus Johnson was not his usual obnoxious self. Or I could have just been distracted by the incredible action packed night of fights.

All in all it was a great show...albeit a little too short of one.

Overall I thought it was a good outing. There were some good fights, especially the main event. I do think they need one voice of reason on the announce team. If Militich was there, he could explain to all three of them how mma scoring works. That way they wouldn't have thrown a fit about Moussasi dominating the last two rounds and getting a draw. Also I hate Gus Johnson. He's a bad basketball announcer and a terrible mma announcer. Cung Le vs Anderson Silva is the fight you are waiting for, really? It made me want to reach through the TV to strangle him when he said that. That's like Rogan saying I'm really looking forward to that Pat Berry vs Overeem matchup.

You are not the 1st person i've seen criticize him for this comment.If hes such a bad commentator than why would a comment like this surprise you? and what is he suppose to say? that hed like to see jacare/anderson that would just be another leites/maia..Whether u realize it or not in the small pond that is strikeforce cung lee is considered a legend and is the most popular/accomplished mw

At least the Jacare match has some merit, and Jacare's stand up is way better than Leites/Maia. Le isn't close to the most accomplished MW at strikeforce. Is this Gus johnson?
