Josh is a pretty douchey person and yea, he has tested positive for steroids on 3 occasions. But, the dude is legit. Anyone who denies his skills just because he tested positive for steroids should be back handed.

its sad how i can't stand chael sonnen and call him a cheater, but i love Barnett as a fighter even though he tested positive 3 times.

Love him or hate him for his positive test results, you still can't really claim he is the #1 HW... That is just a complete stretch.
Hell, who has he beaten in a while that is worth mentioning? Rogers? Please. How about Geronimo Dos Santos? Mighty Mo? Yvel? Rizzo? Monson? Yoshida? Besides Randy and Nog, who has he ever defeated that was worth mentioning? Get out of here with this crap.
