I always see it being pointed at their opponent. The recent Overeem/Werdum fight with him trying to pull guard every 15 seconds and leading to a rather full fight. Maia/Leites against Anderson Silva. There are probably more fights out there that have been one sided, just cant remember them right now.

Sure they are fighting better fighters but shouldn't the expert in a certain field, try to get his fight into that said field. Why should fighters be forced to play their game in order to put on a exciting fight.

I applaud Maia on his improved striking, was a real shocker to see him out banging toe to toe. Why don't other JJ fighters do the same? improve their takedowns or striking.

On a side note. While I don't see a whole lot of hate for JJ fighters, I see tons of it going pointed towards wrestlers and them utilizing their skills and exploiting their opponents.

I completely agree, one dimensional strikers get dominated, wrestlers get booed but for some reason BJJ guys get a pass.

The reason being is that BJJ guys are always looking for a opening to either pass or submit the guy, which then creates openings for the fight on the bottom to sweep or set-up his own submission as well. But wrestlers do nothing but lay on the guy and are satisfied staying in one position and leaving it to the judges.

Personally I understand boring fights happen. I don't call out camps for it. blame the ref, he's a prefered scape goat LOL.

I can't stand BSL, I think the guys retarded. Also who said I blame the camp for anything?
All I said was that I don't think you should be 1-dimensional in the highest level of MMA and just drop to guard and expect your oponent to follow you.

I actually blame the JJ fighters. I was pissed at Werdum for that piss poor shit he was doing. I absolutely HATE the butt scoot. If you can not get the fight to the ground then keep TRYING to take it down. Dont just fall on your back and keep scooting up to the person. I would love to see Werdum butt scoot to Pat Barry and have him just leg kick the crap out of him while he is on the ground. It would be priceless.
