Very Positive News For Fedor's Fans:Aleksander Emelianenko slams Fedor’s coaches

Speaking via LifeSports.ru, Aleksander said:

“They sat like two amoebas, and did not know what to say. They were asked direct questions and would say, “It is difficult to say… we will see in the fight,” – what kind of a coach says that? Only one who doesn’t understand the sport. I just call them ‘Stopwatch’ and ‘Towel’. That’s as much use as they are, that’s it,”

“[MMA] is constantly improving, but ‘Stopwatch’ and ‘Towel’ have not changed anything in the program – just frozen in time and not been able to develop the base that Fedor already has. Fedor could train himself, he must take on it personally, to rethink many of the training points to learn and develop. Suffer and work!

“We’ll talk with Fedor – whether he wants to change something in his preparation. If he wants to, I will make the effort.”

Fedor has been needing to change gyms for the longest. He could really benefit from someone with good gameplanning.

Ya hopefully with all that is happen he seriously considers one. Imagine he comes back better than ever and whoops ass. Dana White reaction would be the best thing to happen in mma.

Good find...

He's the only one who has his back. He even made remarks about M-1's tactics.

Nice to see his own brother criticizing Fedor's own team. I think it may be too late to make significant changes to his game but if he puts everything he has in it and is dedicated to making a solid run again, then by all means.

Fedor hasn't seemed to have a solid gameplan for a long time. He usually comes in and wins by whatever he wants... seems like he's always gone on instinct. Since this has started to fail maybe a few months with Greg Jackson could help him. I know people are going to say he'll make him boring, but Fedor has such a great killer instinct a little better planning might be just what the doctor ordered.

i wish i could be optimistic about this but its a very slim chance Fedor will have the drive to invest his time in swiching camps for whatever period of time.

remember to put "imo" at the end of everyone of my post, and keep the "u mad?" to urselves.

I think Fedor is the type to go down with the ship, way to loyal to leave his comrades. Can't hate that, but I hate the fact he never moved to a legit mma camp with other UFC/Strikeforce fighters. It's the only way to stay up to date.
