I'm a 32 year old male with a strong Tae Kwon Do back ground
I've competed in full contact tournaments in the past as a teen I also dabbled in mma a few years back learning wrestling ( very little) and boxing and wasn't to bad in the boxing aspect I also learned a little grappling in the Army. My question is would I still have a bit of an edge over somebody who was younger with not as much back ground? Or is my age to big of a factor?
I have no health problems and the last 2 years I've been hitting the gym adding muscle and doing low intensity cardio. Also I'm 5 feet 9 inches tall
with a 75 inch reach what would be a good weight class for me? I'm currently 235lbs and wouldn't have a problem getting to 205 could probably go down to 185 with diet and training. What do you guys think?
