Vinny looking for the throw and Zayats defends so Vinny pulls guard. Vinny looks to get his legs up but Zayats slips out and stands up. Hard leg kick by Zayats. Vinny clinches him but can't get it down. Now Vinny looks for the double but Zayats' arm is in the rope so he gets a warning. Hard leg kick by Zayats again. Another leg kick. 10-9 Zayats on my card.
Round 2 - Magalhaes is hurt with a punch and a low kick by Zayats knocks him down briefly. Vinny is looking a bit lost on the feet and Zayats' striking combos have him baffled. Punch, leg kick by Zayats, now he throws Vinny to the ground and starts kicking Vinny in the legs, foot stomps him and starts kicking him in the hand. Vinny takes another leg kick and he's hurting. Vinny shoots in and gets a takedown directly into mount. Zayats with a great reversal. Magalhaes with a sweep back to mount but Zayats escapes to standing. Leg kick by Zayats. Zayats standing over Vinny after a brief takedown and they're restarted on the feet. Big body shot and now to the head by Zayats. 10-9 Zayats again.
Round 3 - Vinny desperate for a takedown early and Zayats turns him into the ropes standing. Zayats slips out of the body lock and lands a few punches on the exit. Left hand by Vinny counters the Zayats kick. Both men land jabs. Head kick by Vinny and Zayats is down! Magalhaes follows up with a flurry of punches and that'll do it! Vinny Magalhaes wins by TKO (head kick and punches), round 3.
