Whats your favourite submission?
 

I'm making this thread as a refuge from all the Silva/Sonnen thunder. :hug:

I love a good submission. So, what has been your favourite submission in the UFC, and why?

Try and post a gif if you can.

So many, can't really tell the favourite.
One that comes to mind is the twister.

I think twister for me as well since its such a rare submission to see.

I'd have to go with arm triangle. I don't have a gif unfortunately:thumbsdown:

Silva's triangle on Lutter. It is the perfect example of how to set up submissions with strikes from the bottom. The Sonnen one was also great but I think the Lutter one was slicker and more impressive considering the fact that he wasn't submitting Sonnen.

haha yeah Andy definitely deserves more credit for tapping the "MJ of BJJ" than Sonnen.

I gotta go with submission chains, particularly armbar > triangle or triangle > armbar.
