Is this a good schedule for cross-training?
i've been doing boxing for 7 months. well technically 3 months because i've been going to a mcdojo for 3 months. i go boxing on monday for around 1 hour and 10 min, jiu jitsu on tuesday 1 hour, boxing wednesday, jiu jitsu thursday, boxing friday, jiu jitsu saturday, sunday rest. i can only go once a day because my mom is exhausted from work. of course there will be some days where i'm sick or something busy came up like a test so i might be absent but otherwise i'll be training 3 days a week for both of them. i'm trying to become a mma fighter and i'm 15 years old. if i train for 10 years like this will i be good enough?
