Mac Danzig and his bird feeder once visited the Virgin Islands. They are now The Islands.
Mac Danzig can kill two fighters with one bird feeder.

It's basically a hybrid of a few moves. Based on the name "Doublelegtakedown" I'm assuming you have wrestling knowledge, so I'll go a little deeper into wrestling terms.

It's been called a couple of names: Underarm suplex, Double underhook suplex...

There's not really a standard name for it because it's not really a standard move. That's why it's so hard to defend. It works really well on experienced wrestlers because they're lured in since it looks like you're going to your back.

In my post, I said to roll to the left after your upperback hits the mat. That's really for MMA practitioners. The original wrestling version would have you falling into a reverse neckbridge, but try convincing an MMA fighter to fall backwards with all of his weight - while pulling his heavier opponent down with him - onto his own head, in a post to a forum.

I thought the shoulder thing would go over better. LOL

I have a few takedown options in this thread here:

Breaking a Clinch

There may be a few in there that you might find useful.

It doesn't matter if you agree or disagree... As long as I don't bore you and I spark a moment of thought, my goal is achieved.

Did you notice if there was a replay or an encore showing mentioned. I'd like to see it.

My favorite from a double under hook is probably going to a bear hug and using an inside trip. To get to the bear hug pop his arms up and out to create room. When you get enough room to, change levels, almost like you are going to shoot a double but not as low. Shoot in and wrap up around his chest preferably around his lower ribs. Now when you get there relax (except for your grip), don't worry about trying to squeeze the life out of him. This usually helps them relax and makes your moves that much easier to execute. Make him step to a side (either side will work). To do this decide which leg you want to trip and circle him to it. If you want his right leg step big to the right and pull him. He should step with his right to follow. As soon as he steps step between his legs deep with your left and hook his right leg. This motion will feel odd at first but with practice it can look hella smooth. After hooking the leg drive through with your back leg hard.

"You must first believe if you are to achieve. That rhymed... unintentionally."

Wow! raymardo that sounds like a pretty sweet technique. I just have one question though, once my arms are both under my opponents right arm, and my legs are positioned outside of his right leg, is there any specific arrangemnet my arms should be around my opponents waist and/or body before i bend my knees and fall backwards.

Both arms are underhooking your opponent's left arm. Obviously, the takedown could be executed from either side; I'm just using the one side for explanation purposes.

Both arms should be trapping your opponent's arm tightly, caught between your forearms and biceps.

Picture laying a broomstick on both of your biceps with your arms outstretched. Then curl your arms up until the broom stick is trapped.

I hope that helps.
