is balance, balance breaking, grips.
if i want to reap or hook you to take you down.. i will pull you toward me as i pull back, you will resist by pulling back, at this time i set up my step, pull your upper body close to mine while i dip my upper body toward yours and sweep with a reap or a hook.
if i choose to do a hip throw i will put pressure on you, your natural reaction is to push back, at this time i pull & set my grips, feet placement, hip & head whip.
you do a wrestler stance on me.. i grip under over with you, step back, shift side, weight on you neck, exposing your back, or you can sink on the neck releasing and shooting in for an ankle pick. i find it harder for me to go with a wrestling stance against a guy that does not settle down into a stance with me.
