Clinch to armbar

Anyone know the steps or have an instructional vid for standing in the clinch and then dropping to an armbar like frank shamrock does in the beginning of this video a few times:
YouTube - Frank Shamrock vs. Dan Henderson in a grappling match

From what I see he hold his(opponents) left hand with his right and clinches opponents neck with his left, then drops while turning opponent, slides his left foot under opps. body and then he has it mostly. Sound right?

I figure it could be a cool sub to catch someone in from a clinch and end it quick.

Well its sort of a Sumi Otoshi/Flying Armbar.

Id try to grab hold off an arm then pull it and push with the other arm and swing them to the ground then jump into an armbar.

Sorry my friend but even if you could find an instructional video, you wont be able to do it.the terible thing about the clinch to armbar is that his arm is bent. Unless you can extend it thiers no chance in hell youll pull it off. Only very good guys that actaully train bjj can pull it off.

Actually this is a very good attack if the person you go against is pushing against you more and giving to much of his weight foward. If you go to the thread Judokas made I kind of go into detail about it. But it is easier done then said in this case.

Hmmm Ive tried searching but couldn't find it. Could you link me or something please?

Yeah I figured if you could pull it off it would work pretty well. Its one of those things that if you do it right the other person has no chance to react to it and before they know whats going on they're done.

I can't seem to find it at the moment.

For the one he uses that I learned:
1. Get one hand holding his lead arm (under triceps)

2. Put other hand behind his neck

3. The leg on the same side as your hand on his neck will go onto his hip.

4. Jump ontp him using the leg on his hip as an anchor

5. Use free leg to swing over his arm and head as your jumping.

6. Commit, don't be afraid of falling or it won't work.

7. DO NOT TRY THIS UNLESS YOU ARE WITH AN INSTRUCTOR TO ACTUALLY SHOW YOU BECAUSE YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M WRITING. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR TRAINING PARTNER AS WELL AS YOURSELF.
