you work out like your going to fight, i like to get the blood flowing before i try to strech, i like to get a sweat going before i really try to open up.
i have competed before without streaching first and it really got me winded, when i was younger i could do this, but now i need to warm up to preform to my peak.
my judo sensei said his venti coffee is his old school way of warming up.
the under over hook thing your speaking of is called pummeling, this is a drill used in clinch fighting to break a dominate stand up grappling position and get your own dominate clinch, very important part of the game for nogi
