practice outside of class?

this is my third week of submission wrestling and at the end of each session my teacher tells us to practice outside of class. if none of my friends are into mma how can i practice moves to get better

that dummy is a good idea but if my friends saw that they would think its a sex doll caus ther dumbass jocks. but im conditioned pretty well so i dont think its like physical but do yall try to imagine yourself doing moves throughout the day

Just practise your rolls, shrimping, bridging etc. Just that type of thing to improve your movement a bit. bjj uses some pretty unusual movements which you will get bbetter at the more you practise

this i agree with the most of all above advise. i would also add explosive workout, and endurance work.

some guys you might wanna ask to get some takedown and body control work and pointers from are the high school wrestling team. most guys are willing to get some mat time too..

witht wrestling guys they really don't do subs. but you can learn alot from them

I agree with practicing your rolls, bridges, etc. You can also try to visualize various attacks and counters while you are doing these.

In my opinion I would not recommend trying to con or trick your friends into being your training dummy. If they want to roll, then great. If you trick them into it then start throwing submissions, YOU ARE A PUNK.
