mat burn sucks

ive got a serious problem with it seems like every practice i get more sores, especially when i shoot for a single and i drag my foot up IT SUCKS

does nyone else have a problem with matburn and how do you deal with it?

I feel ya, I've been doing Krav Maga for a while and just now started Bjj and like my first night, mat burns, but hey, it only means your trying
