That sucks, but it's a learning experience. As my instructor once told me: getting your ass kicked is good, it reminds you that you don't know sh*t. Coming from a guy who's a 3rd degree blackbelt under Royler Gracie, that's saying something.
I don't mind being dominated by a superior grappler, nor being defensive because of a mistake I made. The thing that keeps me up at night is stupid mistakes that leads to me getting submitted. They're all learning experiences though.
All things aside you should learn more from a defeat than you do from a victory. Not to mention that you had an opportunity to watch yourself perform under extreme pressure. I don't mind losing to a more skilled opponent but I hate being overpowered more than anything in the world.

True, I purposely got with skilled Black and Brown belts just for a challenge and i get my ass kicked but i prefer me being smashed then me winning fairly comfortably but thats obviously only at training.
