I'm looking for a list of attacks and counter attacks

Anyone know where I could get a list of attacks and counter attacks? For example one might be a common counter attack to a over committed Kimora Lock is an arm bar.

has a large collection of videos of all techniques that work. Counters, etc, you develop as you roll.

If you've got something specific you want, that'd be alot easier. I'm going out right now, but tonight I'll put something together for you.

But there has to be a science to it. Like 85% of the time a Kimura is countered by a nasty yet effective belt grab or 54% of the time a Kimura is countered by a arm bar. Making the belt grab the more effective and commonly used counter.

But I would like the list to be no gi(sp?).

No you don't have to do that. I was not sure if there was something floating around already.

I'll do some anyway, just through the two most basic ones, because it's something that alot of the guys, especially MMA fighters, don't know.

Triangle/Armbar from Guard

As your opponent opens his/her guard, you can attack the inside ankle (the one next to your free hand). If your opponent dropped their foot to your hip, it's even easier. Then you slip your knee in between their legs to block the armbar or triangle and start attacking the ankle with an achilles lock or a heel hook.

If your opponent gets the foot too high and you can't attack the ankle then you can start stacking.

Guillotine Choke from Standing

As your opponent tries to reach under for the grip, pummle through and get double underhooks.

If he locks in the grip, step to the side and go for an outside leg sweep so that when you hit the ground, you will be past guard and can minimize the effects of the guillotine.

I'll continue to add to this thread if this is what you want. In terms of percentages, it has almost nothing to do with the math behind it. It's about the style of fighter that you are and that your opponent is.

Guillotine... out side arm grap pull down and lock, chin in, slip my free arm under his head as if i was to ezequiel choke crawling as deep as possible, i post up so i am standing on my feet, i use my shoulder and drive into his neck. shoulder and crook of my arm attack his arteries, using all my weight getting as high on my shoulders as i can
