Be careful with the body triangle, because if you don't have really flexible legs or, at the very least, really strong hips, you may end up getting smashed.

As far as backdooring it (which is really what you're suggesting), it works, but keep your elbows in, because you risk getting caught in an armbar.

Mount is hard to get out of for me... usually I arm wrap them around their back/shoulders. One of the most effective ways to get out of it for me is to use their momentum against them. Arm wrap and lean to one side like you're going to try and roll them that way, and when you feel their weight shift flip it the other way really quick.

The best advice is not to get mounted. I use the shrip defense when mounted and it almost always works. Sometimes I will let the guy mount me because I have a good shrip. I don't know about you guys but I perfer being mounted than being on bottom side control. When they try and kick there leg over to mount butterfly hook that leg and sweep, either by grabing both ankles or throwing up a loose foot lock which I always use. Start exploring leg locks without the intention of finsihing them just to sweep.

haha best advice... good job! :P

Umm when i get my fight video ill uploaded it and show you waht not to do! haha jk

Keet you head really close...wait for him to start pushing your face away then explode and bump him off! In my fight, i got mounted really bad...like i dont even know how it happend...anyways he had me mounted for 2.5 mins and i just faught through it and managed to get to the fence and buck him off. Just keep working...try not to get hit...i was actually punching him....keeping leather in his face...its a scary position to be in...you feel so week.

Key things to remember...try and feel his body move. When your bucking, put your hands on his hips...that way you can launch him off..keep a tight position...i wouldnt shrimp up unless i really had to...turn that jaw sideways and youll get knocked out quick....

Honestly I would be very scared, I would try ad survive. I suppose try to buck him off, if it got to bad I would roll and give him my back in hopes of him rolling with me and ending up under me trying to choke me. (its very hard to choke me, I defend very well)

From there I would try and reverse on top of him or w.e to be honest if this wasnt a street fight I would likely have just lost the fight.

if im active enough, I can get out of side control way easier than mounts.
