single leg then sweep his remaining leg or get double underhooks and i fall back using my legs to sweep him so i end up mounted

Mat slams aren't actually all that hard if you have the strength. All you need is good speed and an above average grip. I tried to do it on a heavier opponent of mine while we were wrestling during gym class and I actually got it. I tried to go all pro wrestling and attemp a German suplex, but I realized it would've been too risky.

I really like the last throw in this youtube clip since it can work effectively if your much shorter than your opponent.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSe23eKymSM
It can also make them land on their neck and daze them for a minute or two.

I like hip tossing, assuming this is MMA not BJJ we're alking about. I'm a counter puncher and I believe I have fairly good reflexes so it isnt all that hard for me to do. Step in and block a couple and grab and arm, turn and toss. I also pull guard quite a bit, because it takes away the option of getting slammed and I'm very comfortable working from guard.
