Listen to your body. Some signs of over training are depression, sickness, anxiety, and feeling overly sore. I would suggest training 3-4 times a week if you're serious about it though, but just be sure to listen to your body. Also, it's good to take off a week or so every once in a while, you'd be surprised how good it is for your body. And one more thing, make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night, and that you're eating enough food and the right kinds of food. Sleep + food are the two most important things for recovery
