Help with my squeeze

I have been finding that when I am on a guys back my RNC squeeze isn't very good. I know improving would help a lot of my subs, including my favorite sub the brabo.
So how can I improve my squeeze?

RNC a hanging bag for five minutes with each arm every day. And make sure you aren't doing to old school RNC.

Squeeze the knees, man. I do it all day, and my RNC and guillotine are really tight. (So are my brabo and my arm-triangle)

How would you suggest improving my brabo?

Practice it.

In terms of improving the actual squeeze portion, practice working that arm grip on whatever's handy. I keep a heavybag by the tv, and practice on that. I also do that on a pillow I've got around the bedroom.

There's more too the brabo, though, just like there's more to the guillotine.

Work on turning your hips over to put your opponent on his side, and work on balancing to control the finish once you've rolled the opponent.

Getting the roll down is really important, and it'll help the squeeze alot.

When you triangle off an RNC, either touch your ear or wrap your arm around the back of their neck. Thats basic though (as I dont know how far along you are?) IronMan suggested the heavy bag. Also if you feel like you just dont have the bicep strength do some preacher curls
