I Need Help With Flexibility?

Hey if anybody can pass down some great tips for flexibility that would be awesome.

Yeah stretch..daily will work. Here are a couple stretches and exercises that I find helpful.

Stretch A LOT!
I'm the most flexible person on my team and they think its wierd how flexible I am.

Stretch everything. Use dynamic stretches (see Steve Maxwell's workouts if you want some good ideas, I use those too) before you work out, but static stretches work just fine in the morning and at night.

"Daily" stretching is fine. I do constant stretching, which is something that Eddie Bravo talks about a lot.

I stretch every morning and every night, and before every workout, but I also stretch when I'm watching TV and when I'm riding in the car or taking the train somewhere.

Don't just stretch. Stretch constantly and push your flexibility. If you're only stretching to the point where it's comfortable, stop being a p*ssy ad stretch to the point where it hurts some. That's a mistake I see people make a lot too.

It's all about work ethic and constancy.
