I have been doing BJJ for about 3 weeks now, it is three times a week. However, on my off days I really want to practice. So I was just wondering if there are any drills I can do?(in my dorm, there isn't an open mat unfortunately)
Also, I wondering if anyone could gives me some tips on locking in my arm bar from the bottom, whenever I roll against someone good, when I post my leg and push off theirs to spin 90 degress, they just like sprawl back and I cant pivot.
