It could be eating, I do eat bad choices of foods. But then again, I have done that a lot in the past too.
As for drinking, I am drenched in sweat being the peak of summer in Australia. I am not great in hot weather but again I have gone through hot weather training before. I think I could be drinking to much actually.

i eat a bannana bout 2 1/2 hours before i hit the mat, i drink alot and only water, on the mat i don't drink too much water. eating bad or to close to work out wil do this. or as you have said you been off the mat for a while, my team pushes very hard, and if you take a break you will purge. this happends when you take your body one step further than it can take. but it feels kinda good, well to me.
