Grappling Sickness

It has happened a fair few times to me but lately it has been happening most nights. I start to feel sick in the stomach and light headed, throwing up sometimes.

This happen to anyone else? Is there any way to stop this?

Thanks in advance.

I sometimes have a headache after, but I put that down to my head being squished. Never known of anyone getting sick.

Maybe you're overworking yourself or it's the food thing. I start training at 5 to 6 and I eat lunch at about noon. I'm usually fine while rolling other than getting tired. Don't overexert yourself. If you are then chances are that you are not using technique and you are just trying to out-power your opponent.

Are you properly hydrated? Drink at least a pint(depending on how much you sweat) of water half an hour or so before you roll to make sure. Dehydration is a killer. I've felt sick and prematurely exhausted a few times on a treadmill.

First time back at training for a while but still, I am not THAT unfit.

It could be eating, I do eat bad choices of foods. But then again, I have done that a lot in the past too.

As for drinking, I am drenched in sweat being the peak of summer in Australia. I am not great in hot weather but again I have gone through hot weather training before. I think I could be drinking to much actually.

Thanks for the help so far everyone, I will look into what has been said. It is greatly appreciated.

i eat a bannana bout 2 1/2 hours before i hit the mat, i drink alot and only water, on the mat i don't drink too much water. eating bad or to close to work out wil do this. or as you have said you been off the mat for a while, my team pushes very hard, and if you take a break you will purge. this happends when you take your body one step further than it can take. but it feels kinda good, well to me.
