ok, so we have all heard of a flying arm-bar, which can be very effective, but i recently stumbled upon a video of a flying omoplata after watching royce gracie use a standard version so well on Akebono. Could you guys find the video, just search "Flying omoplata" and the first 2 results seem pretty good. i tried it with a friend with no resistance, mostly to see if i could hit it. and after about 15 tries, i hit it, and from then on i could get it fairly consistently, but never with 100 percent effort given against me. do you guys think this would be worth trying in some of my fights if i can get it down well enough , would it be effective?
