I like the paper-cutter choke from North/South, especially as I work more judo and start to really develop my pins from that position. If guys get squirmy and I'm not comfortable with the pin, it's a nice finish.

I'm a big fan of the brabo choke and use it against wrestlers more and more, because they seem to have gotten better at defending the guillotine.

Triangles are fun. Gogoplatas are fun. Lapel and loop chokes are a lot of fun, too.

I don't ahve a video, but this 'choke' is pretty easy to describe.

Get a side mount, and the arm by their head you place under the head and then lean forword and grab the top of their shoulder-- Don't let go.
It's not a choke because it only restrains them, but if they choose to move their head, it will choke them. very fun.

I have actually never learned how to do an arm triangle but I really like when people sink them in! I would have to say that my personal favorite is the triangle choke!
