Hi, first post, well, an mma academy has just popped up in the next town to me and I have started Muay Thai, and I was wondering, should I do Muay Thai for a few years and get that down pat before going on to BJJ? or should I train in both. I'm only 13 so i have a lot of time.

Thanks in Advance

It depends on how many nights a week you can train, with school obligations and all that.

In my opinion doing any martial art once a week wont get you too far so if you can only train two nights a week id say stick with one for the time being.

Either way dont sweat it too much and enjoy learning whatever you choose.
