Straight crossbody armbar. I have seen so many good fighters come up short trying Kimuras, Keylocks, etc. Sure, there are some armbar escapes, but not nearly as many. The beauty is the simplicity. Straight back, pop the capsule, end of story. Also, it really shines in a caged environment, where you can walk the fence to apply it almost effortlessly.

Later,
Dave

Definetly the armbar because of all its variation, and places you can get it from... Such a technical move, almost from anywhere. so sweet.

definately the armbar, it can be applied from so many positions and its relatively difficult to escape from without putting yourself in yet another difficult position. It is the bread and butter of joint locks.

armbar just because its the most versatile...there are so many ways to get it in. plus alot of guys get caught trying kimura's. while other arm submissions may be more technical and more advanced, if you want to win the fight, go for the armbar.
