Robot Legs Guard Passing Drill

This is the last e-mail that I got from Stephan Kesting and he calls it robot leg.

It's a guard passing drill that looks great in regards to developing fluid movement on top when working a pass.

When I first saw it I thought he was going to show what I call "crazy leg" or what some people call "brazilian legs" where they guy on the bottom uses his legs and hip movement to defend the guard pass on top.
