I know KOTC and Sportfight have appz on their websites and the UFC does TUF, has submissions on video/app from people, and scouts fighters, but how does Bodog find their guys? That is, since they aren't the greatest in the world exactly.

A lot of their fighters are from the Red Devils(MFC) and a lot are from Canada(Bodog has links with EFC, a Vancouver based promotion). Other then that, I couldn't tell you, except a lot of them are ex pride/UFC stars and I assume they hired a matchmaker to do scouting.
