Affliction World renowned MMA clothing company, Affliction, reached into their pockets and pulled together an organization of top fighters, marketed & publicized by Affliction Entertainment VP, Tom Atencio. With each passing day, this promotion continues to expand, signing some of the most elite fighters in all of mixed martial arts. This organization, unlike their competition, is open to cross-promotion.
So, the dream fights that hardcore fans have always longed to see, will more than likely be fought under this company’s banner.

***OFFICIAL*** - All Things FEDOR vs. SYLVIA
I'm tired of seeing all these NEW, useless threads being posted on this fight. YES, we are aware that said fight is happening. I know the Fedor marks want to get their voices heard, as do all 12 Sylvia fans. If you wanna discuss it to a lengthy extent or just a little bit....either way, this is YOUR thread. Hype, breaking news updates, fight analysis, pre & post-fight BS - all goes in HERE. If I see other threads regarding this fight around the site, they'll be merged here.
Just a heads up.
have fun.

There's no discussion, Fedor wins, the end.

Fedor has faced people taller and bigger than sylvia and done great. Sylvia hasn't done too well against people that fight like fedor.

I see this fight going in a similar way to Fedor-Schilt or Fedor-Hong Mai. By the way M_D, I guess you are not so confident about Sylvia getting the win, because you didn't say anything about the sig bet .

I agree with this.
I'll always give fighters at least 0.1% chance of winning after Serra/St.Pierre 1, but Sylvia has very very small chance of winning IMO. I really don't see for one second how he will be able to beat Fedor.
Like already mentioned, he's fought bigger, better opponents before and had very little trouble.
Fedor via submission in the 1st RD, possibly 2nd (but I'll be surprised if it goes that far.)

I think Sylvia would have a better chance if elbows were allowed, because Fedor cuts easily and he could get the stoppage. That's the only way Sylvia wins I think .

lol M_D your rebuttals are intense!
While I think Fedor will win this one I can see Sylvia posing some problems. Will he do it? I doubt it, but maybe... maybe....
