Hello everyone, New to the forum. Just started training recently, I don't want to fight competitivly...... Yet. I just want to get back into shape and then some, I have a good build to start with, I'm 6 foot 1 with a wide build. Quite a bit overweight at the moment, Prolly near 270+lbs. I have started by jogging and swimming, I smoked cigarette's for 5+ year's(Still smoke pot but not that much), Quit on new year's and swore I would get into shape. Ive been following MMA and want to get into it. I have yet to decide which martial arts I will use. Just wanted to say hey to everyone.
