Hi guys
hey guys my name is Matt Cayer, I'm 20 years old and I live in Orleans Ontario Canada , for the past 2 years I've been obssesing over MMA and I'm looking to get more into it, I've done wrestling in high school and kick boxing. I'm actually loving all the advice on this forum and would like to thank you all in advance. I'm looking to start fighting, if anyone can give me some advice on how to start off I'd would be very greatfull , thanks again

Hey, i live in ontario to.
If you want some advice go to the training sections.
So how long have you been into mma for? Do you watch it?

I do bjj and I'm staring Mauy Thai tomorrow. I also never miss any ufc's. |
