Hey all

Hey all,
My name's Emily. I'm 15, from Downriver MI.
I trained in Rykukia (I probably miss-spelled that.) for 1 year or so. Then trained in Hopkido, and Tang So Do for another year or so. I haven't trained fro the past 2 years because of knee/hip injuries. I'm looking to get back into MMA. So yeah that's about it.

Hello Emily.

It looks like you have alot of diferent stand up abilities, maybe you should start BJJ for your ground?

i think with the hip and knee injuries u should take it easy with the bjj.but good luck and maybe get in some muay thai

Thank you guys. I'm looking into getting back into MMA. Can't say for sure if I will or not. I know I'll probably stick with stand up though. What I'm used to.

Wouldn't muay thai be bad for knee or hip injuries? considering how much you'll get kicked there?
