I'm Thomas, 29, haling from Belgium. After having played Rugby for 9 years I started Muay Thai about two years ago. I just practice it to stay in shape, no need for competition.
Now I'm looking into adding BJJ and try MMA.
I'm 6f5 so I'm not sure BJJ is the best option. Boxing, Wrestling or judo are the sports that don't really appeal to me.
So I joined this forum to get as many info as possible as I don't have a MMA gym close by.
I also would like to ask what MMA includes as some MMA clubs offer this as besides the other styles that I mentioned above.
