Hello to all!
Would like to take a minute to say hi and introduce myself to everyone. I have been in martial arts for a long time with my background being in TKD, grappling, and some thai kick-boxing. I am rusty from lack of practice but looking to get back into the lifestyle stronger than ever. I want to get back my fitness, flexibility, and conditioning. I currently live in the Nashville area (Murfreesboro for those that know the area). The hard part is I travel for a living so its hard to train in a gym regular, but I am done with using that as an excuse!!!! Hopefully you people will help keep me motivated and on the right track though, so thank you in advance for all of the help and encouragement!
